Spoiled day.

so sooooooooooooorry for posting this late ; ugh.
ya know my monthly ''thingy'' came tonight? it kills me.
suffered the pain until 2++am. couldn't even sleep.
slapped myself a few times.
hoping to black out and stay outta the pain. :(
could this be genetic?
I mean like, passed on from my momma.
we both will be like a shrimp during the pain.
